"Our villa in Orlando" is a beautiful & spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, executive, villa near Disney at Tuscan Ridge, Davenport. New to the Orlando rental market and newly furnished by ourselves.
You can see my wife Claire's love of model / show homes in the beautiful presention of Orlando holiday home. Our villa in Orlando has king & queen Master bedrooms each with en-suite and walk in wardrobe, Jacuzzi bath to the master suite. Plus two Living rooms and two dining rooms makeing for a very comfortable family stay.
Our Villa in Orlando is first and foremost our holiday home, so we try to constantly improve our Orlando holiday home year on year,for ourselves and future guests. Additions include; games room, stand alone spa, an extra 200 square foot screened pool deck extension, Nintendo Wii with 5 game sports package of golf, tennis, boxing, bowling and baseball, plus 7MB high-speed Internet access & upgraded to free national calls & digital TV with around 200 channels. As well as new pictures, furnishings, linens, towels, beach towels for those reduced baggage allowances and replacing all those kitchen nick-knacks, to keep the house spick and span.

"Our villa in Orlando" was previously a show home / model home, so contains many upgrades, such as: ceramic floor tiling to living room, marble top sinks to all bathrooms, glass top oven, icemaker fridge, luxury blinds, embossed tiling to bathrooms, jacuzzi bath, roll edge corners to walls. Collectively these features make our Orlando holiday home more luxurious than the standard villa near Disney.
Choose from king & queen size master suites with marble top vanities, hairdryers, walk in wardrobes, with the added feature of Jacuzzi bath to first master. Plus all bedrooms and living rooms have cable TV and ceiling fans, in addition to air-conditioning for added comfort. The private screened pool has extended sun deck, standalone spa, outdoor shower, underwater lighting & padded deck furniture.
There is ample room for relaxing in either the family room, with direct access to the pool deck or the formal living room. For mealtimes there is the sumptuous formal dining area, the breakfast nook overlooking the pool and not forgetting the covered patio for shaded alfresco dining.

Our villa in Orlando is in the up and coming district of Davenport, which is just to the west of the well known Kissimmee. Davenport is about the same distance from Disney World as Kissimmee, but is away from the traffic, neon signs and T-shirt shops of Highway 192. Tuscan Ridge is 50/50, residential homes / Orlando holiday homes, making it a true home from home.
We are very proud of our home and regularly visit to maintain and improve our home; in order that our home remains at an executive standard. This increased investment means our costs are high so our rates are higher than some owners of budget Orlando holiday homes, who may offer a cheaper rate. However the additional cost of an executive Orlando holiday home, over luxury, or even budget home is very small in terms of the total cost of your holiday, so why not treat yourself?

The Zimmermans and Samsons had a fantastic stay this past week. We celebrated Easter with an excellent ham dinner and all of the wonderful fixins. We also celebrated Kathy’s birthday on the 28th March. Our families ventured off to Universal Studios, Island of Adventure and Clearwater beach.
The children had an excellent time, hardly a time that they were not splashing around in the pool. The Home is very comfortable. The beds are great, slept fantastic!
We would love to come back again and stay here though we would not attempt to visit the parks during Easter week – the lines and traffic were preposterous. It’s back to Michigan for us tomorrow. Sure will miss this beautiful weather we have had this past week.

Thank you Claire & Mike for the wonderful accommodations. We had a lovely stay. All of us enjoyed the pool. Our families enjoyed Magic Kingdom and Universal studios. A local person suggested Tuesdays for the park for short lines. Right he was we never waited more than 10 minutes for a ride. We had perfect picture weather everyday. We are leaving here with many fun memories

We love your home a lot! The pool was great after a hard day! Everyone wanted the master bedroom because it was so beautiful. This house was great for 7 people we all had a blast. We celebrated a birthday in this house and it was one of her best birthdays! We were all starting to call this house home. The mother wants to get a house just like this when she retires. We would love to arrange to get this house next year!

We survived hurricane WILMA (23rd & 24th Oct) The kids slept in the closet in bed for the night as tornado’s were expected and had a great time and wanted to sleep in it again the next night!!! The weather could have been warmer, cold northerly winds, but still had a great time at all the parks. We felt very at home here and have a lot of good memories to take home.
